Proudly made in the USA, this griddle features a triple-plated 6mm-thick 304 stainless steel cooking surface, a new aluminum base plate, and a cast-iron subplate, ensuring even heat distribution across its generous 650 square inches of cooking space.

Three individually controlled U-shaped stainless steel burners deliver 27,000 total BTUs, enhanced by improved internal gas combustion for maximum efficiency and performance. The new push-button ignition provides dependable startup, while thermocouple safety valves on all three burners automatically shut off the gas supply if a flame is extinguished. The refined Texas Sea Glass Matte finish gives the surface a premium look, and the new, large, adjustable feet ensure stability during installation. Certified for outdoor, indoor, and commercial use, with a hidden dishwasher-safe grease tray for quick cleanup.
