Proudly made in the USA, this griddle features a triple-plated 3mm-thick 304 stainless steel cooking surface, a new aluminum base plate, and a cast-iron subplate for unparalleled heat distribution across the entire surface. Two individually controlled U-shaped stainless steel burners deliver 9,000 BTUs each, paired with a new Push & Spark ignition system. Safety is built in with thermocouple valves that automatically cut the gas supply if the flame goes out.

The new Texas Sea Glass Matte finish delivers a refined aesthetic and sets this model apart. Fast heat-up, color-changing LED knobs, and easy cleanup make this a good pick for households valuing convenience and style. The. Certified for outdoor, indoor, and commercial use.
