The blade of this high-performance knife is constructed with three layers of steel. The outer layers are made of rust-resistant stainless steel, while the core is high-carbon molybdenum vanadium stainless steel, known for its long-lasting sharpness.

To enhance water resistance, a bolster is added between the handle and the blade to prevent water infiltration. The blade is meticulously thinned to reduce resistance when cutting, allowing for easier slicing with less force compared to traditional knives.
